FREE WINTER MOVIE EVENT | Crossing Delancey
February 26 @ 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm

You’re invited to a FREE, Community Winter Movie Event hosted by The Jewish Federation of NEPA.
Our featured film is Crossing Delancey, is a 1988 romantic comedy starring Amy Irving as thirty-something Isabelle “Izzy” Grossman. Izzy spends her time going from her tiny, solitary West Side apartment to that of her grandmother (Reizl Bozyk) on the Lower East Side. In between, Izzy builds a glowing reputation at the swank bookstore where she works. While her grandmother plots to find her a romantic match, Izzy is courted by a married, worldly author, Anton (Jeroen Krabbé), yet can’t seem to shake the down-to-earth appeal of Sam (Peter Riegert), a pickle vendor.
Delancey Street-style Refreshments will be Served.
All attendees who RSVP by 2.20.23 will be entered for a chance to WIN a Delancey Street Inspired Gift Basket! For a chance to WIN let Dassy know you’ll be there! dassy.ganz@jewishnepa.org or 570.961.2300 x 2
