Planning Process

In early February 2011, the Board of Trustees authorized the retention of a management consultant.

The responsibilities of the management consultant would include looking into the possibility of greater across-the-board cost savings through bulk purchasing, a common group health plan (if possible), reducing the number of full-time and part-time employees necessary to conduct the business of the agencies involved, centralized payroll, shared programs, centralized newsletters (with consideration be given to maintaining each organizations identity), establishing a centralized phone system, and the ability to purchase top of the line technology through the ability to share in the costs.

The Chairman of the Planning Committee is Alan Glassman.
